Most upholstery and carpets are dry to the touch in about 2–6 hours, depending on the fabric, humidity and airflow. Car interiors usually dry in a few hours with the windows cracked open. We use low-moisture methods and extract as much water as possible to speed up drying.

Yes. We use pet- and family-safe cleaning solutions and rinse thoroughly so no sticky residue is left behind. Once everything is dry, kids and pets can use the furniture as usual.

Just clear small items, pillows you don't want cleaned and valuables off the furniture or out of the car, and let us know about any specific stains (coffee, wine, pet accidents, etc.). For carpets, please move small items off the floor. We take care of the rest.

We may need access to a standard electrical outlet and, for larger jobs, a water source such as a sink or outdoor spigot. For car detailing we can often work in your driveway. We'll confirm everything when we schedule.
